I’ve quit my job! (and I’m starting a new one)

February 6, 2007

The rumours are true. In four weeks’ time I will stop working here, take a short break, and then start work as a mentor for Solid Quality Learning. They’re a company I’ve admired for a long time – if you look at their list of mentors, it’s like a “Who’s Who” of the SQL Server world. And to say “these guys write the books on SQL” isn’t even just a compliment, it really is the case! They even have their own YouTube channel now too, and are starting to upload useful videos.

So it’s a massive honour to be able to join a company like this, and I hope I can do them proud!

Thanks Nic. It was really good to meet you last week, especially as you’re nice enough to compliment me like this. 😉

Congrats dude. I am sure we’ll be hearing great things about your work at SQL. BTW, is it an accident that you found a home with that acronym 😉

BTW, It was great catching up with you in Redomd.
